| My Family History Lately I have been thinking alot about my family history, at many times in my life I had lost everything I own, and just recently I have had a few family members send me some very valuable (to me) photo's of my family going back to 1894. The first one I would like to share with you all that i hold so very very close to my heart is a photo of my father when he was about 4 or 5 years old, sitting with his siblings, my Aunt and Uncle. The first one in the photo is my Aunt Ruth who had passes away about 13 years ago of brain cancer at about 50 years old, the second child in the photo is my Uncle Myrl who is still living and in Seattle, and the third is my father Jack Siereveld, the oldest of the 3, who passed 17 years ago to lung cancer at age 55, missed so so much!

The next photo I would like to share with you is a photo taken in 1894. The little one in the middle lower area of the photo is my great grandfather Henry Siereveld. I love looking at old photo's and the fact these are of my family makes it all the more special.

Having these photo's help me to have a feeling of who I am, and give me much pride. Always let the ones you know that you love them, you never know how long you have with them in this lifetime.

We have had some nice weather, this is a view of the sky a few days ago, I thought the clouds looked really cool!
That same day we went fishing, and my husband got the catch of the day!! ha ha ha Later on we went home and the Grandkids came over, Wow Todd was tired!! that big fish was alot to handle!!!! *Grins* Here is Tommy with my youngest granddaughter McKayla, just like his dad, he is a natural!!! And here is my ShelbySue.. ohhh I just love them so much!! Those cute curls!! she is just over a year old now wow they grow so fast!
| Here is Todd and Vanna.. She learned how to fish and became a pro right away.. I thought this pic was great cause there is nothing more special then a dad and his kids fishing!
Here is Shayna and Tommy enjoyin the cool temperature of the water with Dad on the Dock
Keeping the fires burning.. the one on the right is Vanna Junior and Thomas getting smoked out from the fire, and the one next to it is Todd me, and Junior enjoying the evening glow
This one is so wild, this is Shayna roasting a marshmellow, and in the pic it looks like the fire is shooting upwards, but it is an effect caught on camera
This is the friend Shayna made, with alot of pets she got to meet.
This young man who was recently out of the service, reached out his hospitality and let us take his BayLiner Boat out on the lake. I got very badly burned!
Over All we had a Great time, the late evening proved to be a challenge due to many folks drinking and getting wild, which was very frustrating when we were trying to get sleep with all four kids.
But.. The weather was spectacular, and the campground we went to was called Croton Township Campground located near Croton Hardy Dam in Newaygo Michigan.
